The local Las Vegas brand opened their first out of state location in the Uptown district of Dallas, Texas in April 2019. The design team worked closely with ownership to create a space that would stir interest and excitement for a new market.
The Dallas location is home to the first full-service bar operated by SkinnyFATS and features an indoor / outdoor bar that opens onto an enclosed patio. Community tables made with bent wood from the far east are a centerpiece for both the bar area and the upstairs mezzanine.
The signature custom mural artwork is found throughout the space along with planter boxes filled with succulents, a high-top booth at the bar area that allows for full views of the entire space and unique lighting features with a sense of humor.
The 2nd location of the Kitchen Table restaurant comes to The Gramercy in southwest Las Vegas. The existing eatery, located in Henderson, has a loyal following, with a popular breakfast, lunch and brunch menu in an casual setting.
For Kitchen Table Squared, the owners had asked us to create an upscale modern dining experience, complete with formalized coffee/pastry bar and the addition of a new oyster bar - part of the added dinner menu.
The concept behind the design was to create a space that reflects the ideas of what it means to eat at your family's kitchen table -- free flowing conversations, the laughter of people sharing a moment and enjoying amazing food. Guests (family) have a direct line of sight with the kitchen, where people can feel connected with the chef; and where the chef can feel connected with the family at his "Kitchen Table".
The space has various dining options all set within a larger dining room experience. Kitchen Table Squared is bright and modern for day service and your boisterous weekend brunch, while at the same time offering an intimately lit and plush dining experience for evening guests.

Inspiration comes from materiality in the rural ranch setting. Worn leathers, braided ropes, metal accents and reclaimed wood mixed with colorful fabrics reminiscent of traditional dress.

The local Las Vegas favorite was looking to open their 6th location in Nevada and to take their brand design to a new level. Located at The District in Green Valley Ranch, this new location offers a unique indoor / outdoor beer garden concept in addition to the main dining area that opens onto a large outdoor patio.
The design team sought ways to strengthen and build upon an already identifiable brand by using many of the same materials seen in other locations mixed with some new architectural details.
Additional design features included custom mural artwork throughout by a local artist, custom chandelier, a chrome plated built-in espresso machine, custom steel trellis with antique glass and hanging plants to complete the garden feel, and bar tops located at operable garage doors that bring the activity from inside to out.
Bok Bok Chicken opened four locations in Las Vegas area (Green Valley, Northwest, West Las Vegas, and a flagship store on Las Vegas Blvd). The new concept will feature Mediterranean dishes in a fast-casual setting.
At first a family kitchen, the owners wanted to share their delicious and authentic Mediterranean food with the public. The owners of Bok Bok Chicken wanted to create a mix of modern farmhouse and old Mediterranean design. Using the design elements from each of those styles, we designed a space with a clean and neutral palette by using a light wood, fresh white walls, and clean black lines. Metal accents with honed concrete palettes compliment the space and remind guests of the straight-forward approach of the food with simple ingredients.
All four locations are set to open by the end of 2019.
