A 4,000 sf corporate wealth management. This grey-shell office condo was purchased by the client in the booming southwest market of Las Vegas. As a growing wealth management company, Westpac wanted a space which catered to their client’s expectations of asset preservation while maintaining a youthful relevant appeal for employees. Large swaths of glass open the office and represent WestPac’s commitment to transparency with their clients . A large stone wall in the reception area reminds clients of the underlying goal - protect and acheive. A corporate color palette was incorporated into the space keeping a consistency of brand.
Smile Horizons Dentistry is a 3,000 square-foot dental office located in Southeast Las Vegas. Doctors Nou and Uy tasked our studio with creating a space their patients would look forward to visiting. Taking inspiration from the blue waters of the ocean and patterns found in nature, we incorporated earthy materials with rich, varied textures and hints of color into the design.
Often, people are anxious and avoid visiting the dentist. The hospitality approach to this office creates a relaxing atmosphere intended to eliminate any uneasiness. Our goal was to create a space where patients would feel happy and serene… and the dental staff would feel equally inspired.
Wellish Vision Institute has been an established medical facility in Las Vegas for the past 25 years. The facility offers clients a range of services from LASIK to cataract surgery and dry eye treatment. The doctors had outgrown their original facility and purchased a new location in the booming Henderson / Green Valley area. The 11,000 square foot medical office was designed to offer separate experiences for elective patient treatments and insurance based services while still functioning as one facility. LEBODESIGN was selected to provide the client with a comprehensive interior design package including furnishings, fixtures, materials, and artwork curation. The doctor desired a space that was both invigorating to the senses while calming for patients undergoing treatment. The project was honored as a NAIOP Spotlight Award finalist in the medical office category in 2019.
This 9,500 square foot corporate law office was completed in August 2014. The design concept was centered around an impressive lobby area with conference rooms of varying sizes and amenities. The main office space features a more traditional private/open office floor plan with executive offices facing the Las Vegas strip. A secondary suite was designed for document storage, staff lounge and office / conference space for future growth. **Work completed with APTUS.

Located in southern Las Vegas, this project contains roughly 40,000 sf of medical office space and 18,000 of suburban inline retail. The concept for the building was to create a machined aestehic reflective of the precision medical tools used in various medical practice. A secondary objective was a desire to bring as much indirect light into the building as possible. The northwest and southeast views are significant and the project is sited to allow for the offices to take the largest possible advantage of these views while still being sensitive to the solar envelop.
The goal for this reimagined flex office complex was to breakout of the commercial real estate typical tenant base, and open up opportunity for new industry to move to the Las Vegas valley. To accomplish this, we proposed connecting a series of unconnected buildings in Summerlin into a supercampus offering a community which would cater to a super-tenant, possibly tech or pharma based, and looking for a unique suburban campus environment. The campus was conceived as three centers--an activity center, a quiet garden center and a common building complete with dog run and daycare. **Work completed as part of JMA Architecture Studios

This transportation project was conceived as a spectacle to be built at the main entrance roundabout of a futurist city in Kingman, Arizona. The idea was that of a lotus set within a cascading waterfall which operated mechanically in an indirect correlation with the sun. When the sun was out, the lotus would close, and when the sun would set the lotus would open. Once open the giant 60 foot diameter sphere or “heart” was exposed which served as a projection screen hosting still imagery and video about “Golden Valley” as the project was to be named. The project would double as both a iconic piece of public art, and also as a high tech community advertisement; an updated version of the old clock tower. **Work completed as part of JMA Architecture Studios, 2006
